Anthill Agency is seeking a Marketing Designer to translate business goals into compelling creative across digital, social, web, events and multimedia. You’ll shape the brand’s visual identity and production quality, from campaigns to conferences, with hands-on work in graphics, video and AI-enabled formats.
You’ll collaborate with marketing, commercial and product teams, exploring new platforms and tools, including Webflow, while maintaining brand standards and delivering high-quality visuals
Think you might be the one? If you’re a creative thinker who likes turning ideas into things people can actually see, experience and engage with, keep reading.
As our Marketing Designer, you’ll be the creative force behind how Anthill shows up in the world.
You’ll take business and marketing objectives and turn them into creative ideas, campaigns and experiences that strengthen our brand and help our commercial efforts succeed. You’ll work across digital, social, web, events and multimedia, making sure everything we put out feels considered, engaging and unmistakably Anthill.
You should be naturally curious and genuinely enjoy learning. Whether that means picking up a new tool, exploring an emerging AI capability, figuring out how a new platform works, experimenting with a different creative format or learning something completely outside your usual skill set — you’re up for it.
You’ll work closely with our marketing, commercial and product teams, translating ideas and business needs into creative solutions. You’ll have plenty of room to bring your own ideas to the table, experiment, improve how we work and help shape the evolution of Anthill’s visual identity.
If you’re someone who likes creating, figuring things out, learning as you go and making things better than you found them, we’d love to hear from you.
Create and oversee high-quality visual assets including graphics, video, motion design, and photography for use across digital platforms, campaigns, and brand communications. Develop brand visual identity for pharmaceutical events in the form of conferences, roundtables, webinars. Orchestrating multiple AI tools for these purposes, and experience with video/photo setup — camera operation, lights, microphones etc. — is a big plus.
Manage and continuously improve website content, landing pages, and internal platforms (e.g. intranet), ensuring alignment with evolving business goals and user needs. Familiarity with Webflow is a big plus.
Develop and execute content across key marketing channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, email marketing, and campaign landing pages, including design, setup, and optimization.
Collaborate with commercial and internal teams to translate campaign strategies into actionable content, including briefing stakeholders and supporting tailored communication efforts.
Ensure consistency and quality across creative outputs by guiding design decisions, maintaining brand standards, and contributing to the evolution of the company’s visual identity.
You don’t need to tick every single box. What matters most is that you’re a creative, curious and proactive person who enjoys taking initiative and learning new things. This isn’t a role where you’ll be doing the same thing every day. One day you might be developing a campaign concept, the next you could be filming an event, improving a landing page, creating a social campaign, experimenting with AI tools or helping shape the creative direction for an entirely new initiative. If that sounds exciting rather than overwhelming, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
Experience working across marketing, creative or brand projects, ideally with a broad hands-on skill set.
Strong visual and creative thinking, with the ability to turn an idea or business objective into an engaging concept.
Experience creating graphics, video, motion design and/or photography.
An understanding of digital marketing channels and how creative content works across different touchpoints.
Experience working with websites, landing pages or digital platforms. Webflow experience is a big plus.
An interest in using AI tools as part of the creative process, and the curiosity to keep discovering what they can do.
The ability to work independently, take ownership and proactively identify what needs to be done.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work with people across different teams and disciplines.
A positive, can‑do attitude and a willingness to get stuck into things that may initially be unfamiliar.
A genuine appetite for self‑learning and experimentation.
The ability to look at an unfamiliar challenge and think: “Let’s see what this involves.”
