Job summary

Reform is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Copenhagen to connect creative vision with marketing execution across shoots, content, and campaigns.

You will collaborate with an Art Director, Communications and PR Lead, and Digital Marketing Director to bring brand stories to life—from shoot to screen to showroom—while balancing spreadsheets and mood boards daily.

Qualifications

• Newly educated or 1–3 years’ work experience in marketing, communications, or in an agency
• Fluent in English, written and verbal
• A keen interest in design and a strong eye for detail

Responsibilities

• Coordinate photo shoots and keep our image library in perfect order
• Help with planning, drafting, and scheduling content for social media, newsletters and our Discover universe and SEO initiatives
• Support PR activities including press and influencer requests, sample shipments, and collaborations with our designers
• Help launch and update digital campaigns and keep website content fresh across markets
• Support the planning and execution of events, activations, and product launches
• Pull performance reports and help us learn from what works
• Keep projects, budgets, and deadlines on track across the team

Job description

At Reform, we believe everyday life is beautiful. Since our start in Copenhagen, we've worked with world-class architects and designers e.g. Jean Nouvel, Inga Sempé, Norm Architects to create kitchens and wardrobes that make good design part of daily life. Today our showrooms and online universe reach homes across Denmark, Germany, the US and beyond.

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team in Copenhagen and help bring our brand to life from the shoot to the screen to the showroom.

You’ll be the connecting point for three of our marketing leads: our Art Director, Communication and PR Lead and our Digital Marketing Director. No two days look the same. One morning you’re planning a photo shoot in a beautiful home; that afternoon you’re sending in-store materials to showrooms, updating the website, or pulling the week's numbers. So, you are as happy in a spreadsheet as you are in a mood board.

What Could a Day In The Role Look Like

• Coordinate photo shoots and keep our image library in perfect order

Must Have

• Fluent in English, written and verbal
• A keen interest in design and a strong eye for detail

Nice To Have

• Basic skills in Figma or InDesign
• Experience or familiar with ads tools like Meta, Pinterest, HubSpot, Google, DV360
• Experience with Social Media scheduling
• Experience with Content Management System (CMS)
• Relevant degree in business, marketing, or design
• Fluent in Danish or German is a plus
