Job summary

Oval Square is seeking a part-time SoMe Manager to lead social media and content from our Copenhagen office. You will shape the visual identity, plan and create posts, and drive engagement across Instagram and TikTok. The role requires strong creative skills, a good eye for fashion trends, and ownership from idea to execution.

Fluency in English is essential; Danish is preferred. You will work 2–3 days a week in central Copenhagen and collaborate with a small, ambitious team in a dynamic fashion

Job description

We’re looking for a part time (2-3 days a week) creative and driven SoMe Manager to join Oval Square at our office in central Copenhagen and take overall responsibility for our social media and content.

You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing our social media strategy, planning and creating engaging content, and ensuring a strong and consistent Oval Square universe across our channels.

We’re looking for someone with a strong visual eye, a natural understanding of fashion and trends, and the ability to turn ideas into relevant and inspiring content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overall responsibility for Oval Square’s social media and content across Instagram & TikTok
• Shape and further develop Oval Square’s visual identity and creative direction on social media
• Content planning, creation and execution – from idea to final post
• Develop and manage our social media strategy and content calendar
• Create and coordinate content for launches, campaigns, events and everyday brand storytelling
• Create and edit engaging Reels and TikTok content
• Community management, including engaging with our community through DMs and comments
• Analytics & reporting – tracking performance, identifying insights and continuously optimizing content
• Grow engagement and strengthen the Oval Square community
• Stay on top of social media, fashion and cultural trends

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with Adobe InDesign & Photoshop
• Experience with CapCut or similar video editing tools
• Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok, including Reels and short-form video
• Strong visual and creative skills with a great eye for aesthetics, fashion and trends
• Experience with social media, content creation and community management
• Understanding of social media analytics and how to turn insights into action
• Ability to think both creatively and strategically
• Proactive, organized and comfortable taking ownership from idea to execution
• Fluency in English is a must
• Fluency in Danish preferred but not critical
