Elopak's Lystrup plant in Denmark seeks a Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations and drive Operational Excellence. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership across safety, quality, delivery, cost and continuous improvement in a global context.

The candidate should have 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, strong financial acumen, and fluency in Danish and English, with proven ability to navigate an international matrix organization and drive

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
10+ years of manufacturing leadership with site responsibility.
Proven success with TPM, Lean, or WCM.
Experience in international matrix organizations.
Strong financial and cost-management skills.
Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for site safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost.
Define and execute the site's operational strategy with financial results.
Drive Operational Excellence via TPM, Lean and a line-centric model.
Manage budgets, investments and cost-improvement programs.
Lead a high-performing leadership team across production, engineering, quality, maintenance, supply chain and support functions.
Ensure strategic projects, capacity expansions and transformations.
Build relationships with employees, customers and key stakeholders.
