PwC Denmark is seeking a Manager to lead engagements across non-financial risk, including operational risk and conduct risk, within our Financial Services, Risk and Regulation advisory team. You will work with colleagues in Denmark and PwC's global network to translate complex risk challenges into practical solutions.

The role emphasizes governance, controls, stakeholder communication, and building client relationships while guiding junior staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, law or risk management.
• Bring at least 5 years of experience in non-financial risk management in banking, insurance, pension or asset management.
• Professional fluency in English; Danish or another Nordic language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead client engagements within non-financial risk areas (operational risk, risk governance, conduct risk, internal controls).
• Design and implement non-financial risk frameworks and governance structures.
• Manage project scope, delivery and quality with clear stakeholder communication.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to proposals and service development.
• Mentor colleagues and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment.
