Job summary

PwC Danmark is seeking a Manager to lead client engagements in non-financial risk across financial services, strengthening governance and controls. You will work with Denmark-based colleagues and PwC's global network to translate complex risk and regulatory challenges into practical solutions.

You will design and implement risk frameworks, manage projects, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders while guiding and supporting team members in a diverse, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, law, risk management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in non-financial risk management (operational risk, conduct risk).
• Hands-on experience in risk management, incident handling, governance and regulatory implementation.
• Strong ability to design risk frameworks and map processes, risks and controls.
• Excellent communication to senior stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements in operational risk, operational resilience, third-party risk, conduct risk and internal controls.
• Assess, design and implement non-financial risk frameworks and governance.
• Manage project scope, delivery and quality with clear stakeholder communication.
• Build client relationships and contribute to proposals and service development.
• Guide colleagues and foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
