Job summary

PwC Denmark’s Financial Services, Risk and Regulation advisory team is seeking a Manager to lead engagements in non-financial risk across banking, pension, insurance and asset management clients.

You will design and implement risk governance and control environments, manage project scope and stakeholders, and collaborate with PwC’s global specialists to deliver practical solutions with lasting impact.

Qualifications

• Hold a master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, law, risk management or another relevant field.
• Bring at least 5 years of experience in non-financial risk management, such as operational risk or conduct risk management from a bank, insurer, pension provider, asset manager or another financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements within non-financial risk areas such as operational risk, risk governance and internal controls.
• Assess, design and implement non-financial risk frameworks and governance arrangements.
• Manage project scope, delivery and quality while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to proposals and service development.
• Guide and support colleagues, fostering an inclusive team environment.
