Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Maintenance Excellence Owner to lead TPM strategy, governance, and maintenance programs across multiple GMP sites. You will drive reliability, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering.

The role reports to the Director, Manufacturing Science and Engineering within Global Manufacturing Engineering and is an on-site position in multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of maintenance, engineering, or operations experience in a GMP life sciences environment.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing multi-site or large-scale maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of TPM methodologies, reliability engineering, and CMMS/EAM systems.
• Demonstrated success improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime in regulated manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement Enterprise TPM strategy and governance across sites.
• Standardize maintenance programs and drive best practices sharing.
• Lead reliability and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize asset availability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with cGMP, GxP, EHS standards and audit readiness.
