Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher company, seeks a Maintenance Excellence Owner to drive TPM strategy across GMP environments and multiple sites. You will lead governance, preventive and predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and EHS partners.

On-site role in Turku (FI), Brønshøj (DK) or Stargard (PL), reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Science and Engineering; travel ~25% yearly may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial) or related field.
• 10+ years of maintenance, engineering, or operations experience in a GMP life sciences environment.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing multi-site or large-scale maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead TPM strategy, governance and execution across multiple sites in GMP environments.
• Drive standardization, best-practice sharing and continuous improvement in maintenance programs.
• Oversee regulatory compliance with cGMP, GxP, EHS and risk management; ensure audit readiness.
