Job summary

Job Description

Join Our Global Production Team as a Documentation & Risk Assessment Specialist!

You will join a team on the move, where you will be a key player in defining the processes and roles for the future when it comes to executing documentation and risk assessment for LEGO developed equipment.

As part of R&D Processing, you’ll be responsible for equipment decoration and assembly of LEGO manufacturing elements. You’ll work on a variety of exciting projects with colleagues from around the globe, using your insights to develop the next generation of technical equipment, documentation, and risk assessment that brings the LEGO experience to life.

Core Responsibilities
  • Involvement in all project stages related to documentation and risk assessment, ensuring the full package is delivered with equipment at sites.
  • Strong understanding of project timelines and delivery requirements.
  • Define and continuously secure processes in equipment development to ensure top-quality documentation.
  • Execute risk assessment as part of the machine directive.
  • Define and secure clear role splits and ownership related to documentation.
  • Create overviews for documentation resources across projects.
Do You Have What It Takes?
  • Ideally you will come from a background in engineering, or production specialising in machine construction.
  • Experience with machine directive is a must.
  • Experience in machine risk evaluation (ideally Safeexpert).
  • Hands‑on experience with 2D and/or 3D CAD systems (preferred NX).
  • Experience with Siemens Teamcenter is a plus.
  • Experience in creating manuals is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Thrives best in team settings and collaboration across departments.
  • Investigative mindset towards projects to ensure timely involvement.
  • Naturally structured and detail oriented.
  • Pre-understanding of processes would give you a head start in the role.
