EY-Parthenon Copenhagen is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead complex M&A engagements across pre- and post-deal stages, delivering due diligence, deal strategy and value creation with operational focus.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with clients across industries, and contribute to building a high-performing team while benefiting from EY's hybrid work model and international opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7-8+ years of experience in M&A strategy and execution across pre- and post-deal engagements.
• Experience from client-facing or in-house roles across the M&A cycle and operational delivery.
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills demonstrated in complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-deal engagements, including due diligence, deal strategy, synergies and value creation.
• Manage workstreams within integrations or carve-outs and coordinate with client stakeholders.
• Support business origination, pitches, and team development initiatives.
• Act as a role model and develop junior team members while contributing to recruitment and training.
