Job summary

Harding+ is seeking Watch Sales Specialists to join onboard retail teams on cruise ships worldwide. You’ll deliver a premium guest experience, guide guests through high-value purchases, and showcase luxury watches from premium and Swiss brands.

You’ll live and work at sea, build relationships with guests from around the world, participate in events, and benefit from a salary plus up to 6% commission, with accommodation and meals provided onboard.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling luxury watches.
• Strong knowledge of premium and Swiss watch brands.
• Ability to guide guests through high-value purchases.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium guest experience and maximise watch sales onboard.
• Welcome guests, assess needs, and recommend relevant pieces.
• Explain features and value, invite guests to handle and try pieces, and guide ownership imagination.
• Support onboard events, presentations and promotions to generate leads.
