Job summary

Dyson is seeking a native Danish-speaking Customer Expert to join our Athens-based team. You will deliver a luxury customer experience through inbound calls, email, and chat, helping customers with sales inquiries, orders, and product troubleshooting.

You’ll test Dyson tech in our on-site Product Lab, guide customers to premium upgrades, and participate in an onboarding program. Relocation to Greece is required.

Qualifications

• Danish language at C1 level or higher.
• Fluent English for training and internal systems.
• Experience in customer service across diverse scenarios.
• Affinity for technology and ability to multitask across systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Danish customers via inbound calls, email and chat for sales inquiries, orders and troubleshooting.
• Engage with the Dyson Lab to test and master Dyson appliances on-site.
• Guide customers toward premium upgrades and deliver a luxury experience.
