Job summary

Le Labo is seeking a Full-Time Sales Assistant in Copenhagen who will greet customers, guide them through the brand's offerings, and provide authentic and personalised service to elevate the Le Labo experience. You will be part of a high-performing team and contribute to in-store events.

The role requires a minimum high school diploma, retail experience (beauty/fashion preferred), skincare certificates a plus, and proficiency in English and a Scandinavian language.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Retail experience, preferably in beauty or fashion, including cashiering.
• Skincare or other beauty certificates are a plus.
• Proficient in a Scandinavian language and in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, guiding them through Le Labo's offerings and personalizing recommendations.
• Provide exceptional in-store experiences and support high-quality customer service.
• Contribute to in-store events and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues and store management to achieve sales targets.
