AIRE Ancient Baths Copenhagen is seeking a Bath Host to join our Copenhagen site and deliver a world-class guest experience. You will help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the baths area from arrival through departure.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding tours, and addressing inquiries while maintaining our luxury spa standards. Flexibility for shifts across mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality industry.
• Professional English is required.
• You are customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Schedule is flexible with shifts mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receiving of guests in our waiting area and coordinate with other departments.
• Greet guests with a warm and genuine welcome.
• Conduct guided tours of the bath areas and explain rules and expectations.
• Address guest queries and ensure high service standards.
• Service amenities to guests.
