Job summary

AIRE Ancient Baths in Copenhagen is seeking a Massage Therapist to deliver relaxing body and facial treatments and maintain our spaces in pristine condition. You will follow our protocols, communicate treatment details to clients, and ensure availability of products for a seamless experience.

We require at least one year of experience, a valid Massage Therapist certification, and fluent English; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver relaxing treatments (body, facial, exfoliations) following protocols.
• Communicate treatment details and product information clearly to clients.
• Maintain stock of products and report shortages.
• Coordinate with partner therapists for a seamless experience.
• Keep work areas clean and prepared per protocols.
• Oversee facility sanitation, product maintenance and cleaning between treatments.
• Ensure environment meets protocol standards (noise, temperature, humidity).

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Deliver relaxing treatments, including body and facial treatments and exfoliations, following AIRE's protocols and techniques for each.
• Clearly communicate treatment details and product information to clients, following our provided manual and protocols.
• Keep an ample supply of necessary products for customer experiences, promptly reporting any shortages or low stock.
• Maintain consistency in couples' treatments and coordinate effectively with partner therapists for a seamless experience.

Workplace

• Keep work areas clean and ready for customer experiences per company protocols.
• Supervise facility sanitation, product maintenance, and cleaning between treatments.
• Ensure environmental conditions meet protocol standards for noise, temperature, and humidity.
