UNICEF is seeking a Logistics Assistant to monitor EDI/SAP data flows, coordinate with freight forwarders, and support shipment closure activities. You will review invoices, verify charges, and help ensure timely certification and payment of freight invoices in SAP and related systems.

The role emphasizes data quality, routine reporting, and collaboration with the GSSC to resolve discrepancies. English proficiency is required; experience in logistics and ERP is preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors EDI transmissions from freight forwarders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assists with processing retro approvals and validates non-standard freight charges.
• Tracks shipment closure by monitoring goods receipt, invoicing, and payment status.
