We are committed, passionate, and proud of what we do for as long as we are needed. Promoting the rights of every child is not just a job – it is a calling.

Job purpose: Under the supervision of the Supply and Logistics Manager (WIMC), the incumbent is responsible for effective replenishment of standard stock materials in Supply Division (SD) managed warehouses with optimal stock levels to meet demand. This involves determining replenishment strategies, inventory levels, and material forecasts, and ensuring appropriate replenishment methodologies are used to support fill rates and inventory objectives. They will also identify materials with no further use or nearing expiration, recommend actions, and draft reports for the Property Survey Board. Furthermore, the role involves liaising with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure material plans are up‑to‑date and responsive to changes in requirements, expediting material availability, and collaborating with key stakeholders to develop inventory plans. The specialist will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for planning and material control functions within UNICEF’s ERP system, manage and improve SAP supply chain modules, analyze supply chain and inventory control performance, and draft SOPs for stock replenishment.
