Job summary

Trackunit is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Aalborg to strengthen our Product Supply organisation. You’ll transform and simplify our end-to-end order fulfilment, improve logistics visibility, and ensure regulatory compliance for our global growth.

The role focuses on coordinating with logistics providers, optimizing processes, and building scalable systems to support a growing international operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in international logistics, supply chain or transportation operations.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and customs processes, including documentation.
• Familiarity with HS codes, EORI registrations, and import/export compliance.
• Experience coordinating with logistics providers or third-party warehouses.
• Ability to design scalable processes and improve end-to-end order fulfilment.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working within international logistics, supply chain or transportation operations
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding, customs processes and global transportation
• Knowledge of import/export compliance including HS codes, EORI registrations and customs documentation
• Experience coordinating with logistics providers, EMS partners or third-party warehouses
• Ability to improve processes, create structure and build scalable ways of working
