Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager for Facilities Management in Life Sciences to lead workplace transformation and optimize facility operations for regulated environments. You will drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance with FDA/cGMP and biosafety standards while coordinating with IT, design, and operations teams.

Role requires 5–7 years of PM experience in facilities or CRE, with knowledge of lab environments and change management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required.
5-7 years of progressive project management experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, or workplace services.
Minimum 3 years of experience working within life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, or highly regulated laboratory environments.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end delivery of workplace dynamic projects including space optimization, MAC, facility reconfigurations, and workplace experience enhancements.
Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including facilities, design, construction, IT, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage project budgets ranging from $50K to $5M+, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effective delivery.
Ensure projects comply with FDA, cGMP, biosafety level requirements and coordinate EH&S to maintain cleanroom standards.
