BASE life science is seeking a proactive Data Consultant to join our team in Spain, bridging technology, business, and the life sciences domains with a strong focus on data migration projects. You will translate requirements into structured technical logic, support migration execution, and collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver compliant, data-driven solutions.

A Master’s in STEM and Python expertise are essential; advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in STEM or a quantitative field.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including version control and team-based development.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Structured, analytical mindset to translate requirements into clear logic and practical solutions.
• Direct client-facing experience including asking questions and presenting solutions.

Responsabilités

• Translate business requirements into clear technical logic and migration activities.
• Design and execute data migration and processing tasks in a controlled, compliant manner.
• Work with data, logic, and processes to ensure tasks are performed accurately and in a controlled manner.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand needs, challenge assumptions, and propose the right approach.
• Present technical solutions and explaining complex topics in a clear and accessible way.
• Contribute to data quality, documentation, and governance best practices.
