Job summary

Mindway AI is seeking a law student (HA(jur.)/business-law) for a part‑time internship to gain hands-on experience with contracts, licensing, data protection and regulatory matters in an international AI company.

The role offers flexible 10–15 hours per week, exposure to DPAs, NDAs, contract data management, due diligence and GDPR questions, plus potential representation at events as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Law student or HA(jur.) / business-law student starting 5th semester or further.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, international work environment.
• Good commercial and economic understanding, budgets and revenue calculations.
• Interest in regulatory issues including gaming regulation, data protection and contracts.
• Structured, deadline-driven, able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor legal updates and flag relevant regulatory developments.
• Assist with contract reviews and licensing-related work.
• Prepare DPAs and NDAs and manage data protection documents.
• Maintain the Contract Management System and data in contracts.
• Assist with due diligence documents and GDPR questions from customers.
• Support financial tasks including invoicing and billing processes.
• Produce internal regulatory updates and collaborate with teams.
• Possible representation of Mindway AI at events as needed.
