Job summary

• Track record implementing Kaizen and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive Lean improvement initiatives across key value streams.
• Lead VP Kaizen projects from scoping to sustainment.
• Coordinate validation, prioritization, and execution of initiatives.
• Coach leaders in Kaizen events, problem solving, and change management.
• Ensure delivery against scope, time, cost, and quality targets.
• Develop executive-level materials and communications.
