Job summary

Vestas Technology & Operations is seeking a Lean Logistics Specialist to drive transformation initiatives and optimize end-to-end logistics through Lean principles. You will design material flows, validate steps with takt, and collaborate with global stakeholders across manufacturing and logistics teams.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience in logistics or process excellence, with strong analytical skills and experience in SAP EWM or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in logistics, logistics engineering, material flow optimization, or process excellence.
• Extensive knowledge in warehouse/logistics operations and SAP EWM (or similar systems).
• Advanced analytical skills and experience with KPI dashboards and data-driven decision making.
• Project management and stakeholder engagement across functions and geographies.
• Familiarity with automation technologies, digital logistics tools, and sustainability frameworks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement lean logistics processes and flows.
• Monitor performance, stabilize operations, and drive continuous improvements.
• Lead lean projects and end-to-end value stream mapping.
• Advance automation, digitalization and reporting governance.
• Ensure sustainability, compliance and operational excellence.
