Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Lean Logistics Specialist to lead transformation initiatives and drive sustainable logistics improvements. You’ll collaborate with diverse global stakeholders to implement efficient material flows and SAP-enabled processes across manufacturing logistics.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional leadership within the PEX Logistics Excellence Team, with travel involved to support global projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in logistics, logistics engineering, material flow optimization or process excellence roles.
• Extensive knowledge in warehouse/logistics operations and SAP EWM (or similar systems).
• Advanced analytical skills and experience with KPI dashboards and data-driven decision-making.
• Project management and stakeholder engagement experience across functions and geographies.
• Familiarity with automation technologies, digital logistics tools, and sustainability frameworks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
