Job summary

Vestas Technology & Operations, part of Global Manufacturing, seeks a Lean Logistics Specialist to drive transformation initiatives in logistics and collaborate with global stakeholders to improve end-to-end supply chains for renewable energy manufacturing.

You will apply Lean principles to design material flows, monitor performance, and lead projects across functions and geographies with a focus on sustainability, automation, and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, IE or related discipline.
• 10+ years in logistics, logistics engineering, material flow optimization or process excellence roles.
• Extensive knowledge in warehouse/logistics operations and SAP EWM (or similar systems).
• Advanced analytical skills and experience with KPI dashboards and data-driven decision-making.
• Project management and stakeholder engagement experience across functions and geographies.
• Familiarity with automation technologies, digital logistics tools, and sustainability frameworks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
