A.P. Moller - Maersk is looking for a Senior Communications Advisor to join our Leadership Communication and Content team, part of Corporate Communications and based at our headquarters at Esplanaden in Copenhagen. We offer Maersk is a global leader in integrated logistics. As Senior Communications Advisor, you will support strategy communication, change projects, play a key role in defining narratives and communication approaches, and actively contribute to content production across internal and external channels. You will be part of a diverse, global communications team and work closely with channel experts, regional communications, media relations and business stakeholders.
Reporting to our Head of Leadership Communication & Content, your core responsibilities will be centred around supporting executive leaders, playing a key role in change projects, and develop clear and effective communications that support the business and build understanding and followership across stakeholders. You will work in close collaboration with a diverse and dynamic team of colleagues across the globe to drive impactful communication. You will be a key contributor towards engaging our 100,000 colleagues and audiences on Maersk owned channels. The communications team works in a flexible and agile way to support the business where it needs us most, and hence every day is different. One day you may be working to support a key change project in the business impacting the wider organisation, while the next day you may be moderating a global townhall or creating the script for a podcast. As part of the team, you will use your communications expertise to continuously challenge and evolve how we communicate – testing new formats and approaches to increase the effectiveness and impact of our communication.
