Then you may be the person we’re looking for to help establish our new prototype team.
As our Lead Technician, you’ll play a key role in building and testing prototype refrigeration systems that support development activities across Danfoss.
This is a highly hands‑on role where you’ll use your technical experience to build custom prototype setups, troubleshoot technical challenges, and help bring concepts to life. You’ll work closely with engineers, technicians, and internal stakeholders across Danfoss, ensuring prototypes are built efficiently and projects move smoothly from start to finish.
The environment is dynamic, with multiple activities running in parallel and a strong focus on practical execution. While you’ll take the technical lead on projects, this is not a people management role. Success comes from your ability to organize work, coordinate activities, and apply your technical knowledge to deliver working prototype solutions.
Working as part of a newly established prototype team, you’ll combine practical technical work with project coordination responsibilities.
You enjoy practical technical work and are comfortable taking ownership of activities from planning through execution.
Essential qualifications:
Knowledge of flow systems, fluid dynamics, and related technical documentation would be an advantage. Experience working with colleagues across different functions and locations is also beneficial.
You’ll help engineer a better future by contributing to solutions that make a real difference around the world.
As part of a newly established prototype team, you’ll have a unique opportunity to help shape how we work and influence the setup of future prototype activities. You’ll work in a practical environment where ideas quickly become physical solutions and where your technical expertise will have a visible impact on projects across Danfoss.
We’ll support your career growth with mentoring, learning opportunities, and access to global career paths.
You’ll have the flexibility, autonomy, and support you need to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.
