Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Site Foreman/Site Manager to lead day-to-day construction activities on a major data-centre development in Copenhagen. You will work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, subcontractors, and client representatives to maintain programme, quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman, Site Manager, General Foreman, or Construction Supervisor on major projects.
• 5+ years' experience managing site activities for a main contractor.
• Experience delivering data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, or large-scale commercial construction projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and site logistics.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily site operations across designated work areas.
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers to ensure works are delivered safely and on programme.
• Ensure all activities comply with project specs, procedures, and client requirements.
• Promote high Environmental, Health & Safety standards across the site.
• Deliver daily briefings, toolbox talks, and site coordination meetings.
• Monitor progress against programme and identify delays or issues.
