Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Lead Engineer for Security Operations Platform in Copenhagen. You will own the engineering, evolution, and reliability of core detection and response capabilities, including XDR, SIEM, and NDR, and drive data ingestion and platform integration across teams.

You will partner with application and product teams to onboard telemetry, design scalable ingestion, and ensure secure, observable integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of security engineering or SecOps platform experience at senior level.
Proven experience with SIEM/NDR/XDR architectures and ingestion optimization.
Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code and version control.
Strong Python programming and DevOps skills for tooling and automation.

Responsibilities

Own the continuous improvement of the SecOps platform across XDR, SIEM and NDR.
Design and deliver scalable telemetry ingestion for PaaS and SaaS services and cloud platforms.
Build and maintain workflow integrations across SecOps ecosystem (SIEM, NDR, EDR, SOAR, IAM, ITSM).
Collaborate with product teams to embed security monitoring into new services.
Ensure platform reliability, health, and performance through monitoring and RCA.
