• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive impact
• Analytical thinker with focus on KPI-driven decisions

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for AI-native document capture
• Lead end-to-end AI process: multi-model extraction, feedback loop, training pipeline
• Set ground truth and accuracy measurement strategy for product claims
• Apply Governed Autonomy framework to AI decisions in the product
• Engage with customers, prospects, and partners to shape roadmap and adoption
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and partner teams to drive usage
• Track KPIs and use insights to inform the roadmap
