Continia Document Output is tailored for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and helps thousands of businesses send invoices, reminders, and statements at scale. As Product Manager, you will own this AR product and drive its next generation, focusing on smarter dunning, automated follow-up, and enhanced customer communications.

Qualifications

• Product management experience in ERP software.
• Business Central knowledge is a significant advantage.
• Ability to lead a high-performing product team.
• Strong communication and collaboration with customers and partners.
• Familiarity with AI capabilities in business workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a product team of 3 to 4 people, taking full ownership of the Document Output product and its AR roadmap.
• Own AR product roadmap from invoice delivery through dunning and payment follow-up.
• Champion smarter UX by reducing steps and providing contextual guidance.
• Stay aligned with Microsofts Copilot and Business Central direction.
• Translate Agent and LLM capabilities into concrete features.
• Own the daily backlog and ensure engineering has context to build the right thing.
• Talk to customers, partners, and resellers to validate features.
• Own product quality by participating in testing and validation before release.
