Job summary

Saab Danmark A/S seeks an experienced Manager for Integrated Product Support (IPS/ILS) and System Safety. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of ~20 professionals through the product lifecycle, ensuring that supportability and safety are embedded in system design and project decisions.

You will define and implement IPS/ILS and system-safety strategies, manage scope, budgets and risks, and collaborate with engineering, operations, customers and suppliers to deliver safe, reliable systems.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering, logistics, systems engineering or safety engineering.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of IPS/ILS and system safety principles.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary IPS/ILS and system-safety team of ~20 professionals.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization and lessons learned across projects and organization.
• Define and implement IPS/ILS and safety strategies, plans, and governance.
• Ensure supportability and safety requirements are embedded in system design from early stages.
• Oversee activities like LSA, RAMT, maintenance planning and provisioning.
