Saab Danmark is seeking an experienced and people-focused Manager for Integrated Product Support and System Safety. You will lead a multidisciplinary IPS/ILS and system-safety team of approximately 20 professionals, shaping strategies across the product lifecycle in Denmark.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and lifecycle-cost requirements are embedded in system design from early stages.

Formación

• Requires relevant university degree in engineering, logistics, systems engineering, safety engineering or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing technically skilled or multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering, configuration management and project delivery.
• Proficiency in IPS/ILS and system-safety principles and deliverables.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks and competing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder-management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary IPS/ILS and system-safety team of ~20 professionals.
• Define and implement IPS/ILS and system-safety strategies, plans and governance across multiple projects.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, resources and risks for the function.
• Ensure safety and lifecycle-cost requirements are embedded in system design from early stages.
• Support bids and proposals by defining concepts, work packages and delivery plans.
