Saab Danmark is seeking an experienced and people-focused Manager for Integrated Product Support and System Safety. You will lead a multidisciplinary IPS/ILS and system-safety team of approximately 20 professionals, shaping strategies across the product lifecycle in Denmark.

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Manager for our Integrated Product Support (IPS/ILS) and System Safety.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 20 professionals in the development and execution of our IPS/ILS and system-safety activities throughout the product lifecycle—from concept and design through production, deployment, operation, maintenance and disposal. Working closely with engineering, project management, operations, customers and suppliers, you will ensure that supportability and safety are embedded in system design and project decisions.

Together with your team, you will support bids and proposals by defining support and safety concepts, work packages, estimates and delivery plans. You ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, security, export-control and safety requirements.
You are a confident and collaborative leader who can balance people, technical requirements and project priorities. You communicate clearly, make well-founded decisions and create structure in complex environments. You have the professional integrity to elevate safety concerns when necessary and are comfortable working across organizational boundaries.
As an ideal candidate you will bring:
Knowledge of, or practical experience with the ASD S-Series specifications is considered an advantage, particularly:
Practical understanding of system safety in complex hardware / software based systems.
Familiarity with system safety and reliability engineering principles, including MIL-STD-882E, FMECA, hazard analysis and safety-case development.
