Job summary

Nordic RCC A/S in Copenhagen is seeking a Lead Developer to join Application Development, combining hands-on coding in C#/.NET with technical leadership.

You will work with Application Architects, define technical direction, and promote best practices, helping maintain robust, scalable applications across the Nordic grid. The role requires 5+ years as full‑stack C# developer and mentoring colleagues; hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as full-stack developer in C# for the .NET platform.
• Experience providing technical guidance, facilitating technical decisions, mentoring colleagues, or coordinating development activities is a definite plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using C# and .NET, promoting standards and stability.
• Improve system architecture through refactoring or modernization.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Management, testers, QA and other departments.
• Set and communicate technical direction with Application Architects and translate principles into practical solutions.
• Coordinate across teams to enable collaboration on dependencies and reusable solutions.
• Support production issues and continuously optimize existing systems.
• Share knowledge and support colleagues’ development; no formal line management responsibilities.
