CALJAN is seeking a Lead Automation R&D Engineer to shape the next generation of automation solutions. You will own automation design direction, define software architecture, and drive complex development from concept to release.

This is a key role within our R&D organization, combining technical leadership, innovation, software architecture, and product development. You will have a significant influence on the technological direction of our automation solutions while collaborating with talented colleagues across our global organization.
As our Lead Automation R&D Engineer, you will take ownership of automation design direction within your product area and drive complex development activities from concept through release. You will help define software architecture, support product innovation, and ensure technical excellence across the product lifecycle.
