Qualifications

• Minimum a BSc in business administration, supply chain or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with procurement, commercial sales, project management, supply chain, service or logistics.
• Demonstrated experience and abilities in strategy, business development, and project management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Portuguese as the role will interact highly with internal and external stakeholders in LATAM.
• Methodical, fact based mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans (in collaboration with Repair Program Managers) to increase REN savings and REN Utilization.
• Manage implementation of NRI with local selected suppliers, including managing the RPAP process as well as identify potential NRI options for the region based on a Total Landed Cost (TLC) reduction focus.
• Coordinate NCR resolution with suppliers and GP+SQD.
• Forecast alignment with suppliers, supply chain and Procurement to ensure supplier readiness and capacity fulfillment.
• Coordinate and align REN stock levels and ensure alignment on potential changes with Regional Supply Chain.
• Manage regional suppliers & lead DEF to REN process for Regional Loops.
