Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Gentofte, Denmark, seeks an IT Solution Manager for Laboratory Systems to oversee IT systems in QC and ASAT labs, ensuring compliant operation, validation, and continuous improvement in a highly regulated environment. Master’s in IT/Engineering and 3–5 years pharma IT experience preferred; English required, Danish

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT, Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant IT experience in a laboratory environment (QC, QA, R&D).
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry.
• 3–5 years experience with validation, IT compliance, data integrity, and computerized systems.
• Full professional proficiency in English and willingness to learn Danish.

Responsibilities

• Managing laboratory IT systems through operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities
• Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting computerized laboratory equipment
• Leading IT validation and qualification activities per regulatory requirements
• Ensuring IT security, data integrity, and compliance with applicable standards
• Writing and reviewing compliance documentation
• Driving and supporting rollout of new technologies in the laboratories
