Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Gentofte, Denmark is seeking an IT Solution Manager for Laboratory Systems to optimize and advance laboratory IT systems in a highly regulated environment. You will lead IT validation, data integrity, and security while enabling continuous improvement across QC and ASAT labs.

You will own the rollout of new technologies, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with a team of IT Solution Managers to deliver high-quality medicines to patients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or another highly regulated industry.
• 3–5 years of experience working with validation, IT compliance, data integrity, and computerized systems.
• Full professional proficiency in English and a willingness to learn Danish.

Responsibilities

• Managing laboratory IT systems through operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities
• Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting computerized laboratory equipment
• Leading IT validation and qualification activities in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Ensuring IT security, data integrity, and compliance with applicable standards
• Writing and reviewing compliance documentation
• Driving and supporting the rollout of new technologies in the laboratories
