We are looking for a committed full-time customer service employee (37 hours a week) to help with daily order handling and customer communication. We want to fill the position as soon as possible.

• Answering customer inquiries through our customer support system (eDesk)
• Order handling and preparing quotes on request
• Solving customer issues, complaints and returns
• Keeping track of shipping rates and shipping profiles
• Working with the warehouse, our technician and registration staff on delivery times and product questions
• have experience in customer service
• communicate well in Danish and English – German is an advantage but not required
• be used to working in IT systems and pick up new ones easily
• be structured and able to keep track of many cases at once
• be friendly and patient with customers and stay calm during busy periods
