Job summary

TDC NET is seeking a Kubernetes Tech Lead to design, build, and operate bare-metal Kubernetes platforms at telco scale. You will own platform strategy, multi-cluster governance, security, and reliability, enabling product teams to ship rapidly and safely.

You bring deep Kubernetes expertise, strong automation skills, and a platform-centric mindset. This role offers a hybrid work setup in Copenhagen and a chance to influence cloud-native operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building and operating bare-metal Kubernetes platforms.
• Strong automation, security, and multi-tenancy design skills.
• Proven ability to lead platform engineering initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Kubernetes platform strategy — designing, building, and operating bare-metal clusters across data centers.
• Define and enforce multi-tenancy, isolation, and security standards.
• Architect and maintain cluster lifecycle management and multi-cluster operations.
• Develop Helm charts, templates, and self-service interfaces for internal users.
• Integrate Kubernetes with underlying infra (CNI, storage) and build observability across planes.
