Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Tech Lead/Sr Backend (Go) Developer based in Denmark. You will own backend systems, design high‑availability architectures, and lead the creation of Kubernetes Operators using Go and the Operator SDK.

Expect ownership from architecture to deployment and ongoing reliability. You will guide engineering practices across teams, with emphasis on performance, scalability, and cloud integration across AWS, GCP, and Azure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend development experience, including at least 5 years of hands‑on Go.
• Experience as Tech Lead, Team Lead, or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong production experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Hands‑on experience developing Kubernetes Operators using Go and the Operator SDK.
• Strong backend architecture skills: REST/microservices, highly available systems.
• Experience with AWS and ideally GCP/Azure; cloud infrastructure knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of scalable, high‑performance backend applications focusing on availability and reliability.
• Develop Kubernetes Operators using Go and the Operator SDK.
• Own backend solutions from architecture through deployment, scaling, monitoring, and improvements.
• Design RESTful services and microservices for complex workloads.
• Shape backend architecture and engineering standards across teams.
