Dr. Oetker is seeking a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator in Copenhagen to ensure high service levels across Nordics & Baltic regions. You will balance customer satisfaction with cost efficiency and optimize supply chain processes.

• Education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or International Business.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, customer operations or related areas.
• Good Excel skills with filters, lookups, pivot tables.

• Manage day-to-day customer order process, including order entry, invoicing and EDI monitoring, coordinating with warehouses and stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales to provide Supply Chain input to customer meetings.
• Contribute supply chain perspectives to Sales & Operations Planning meetings and challenge assumptions when needed.
• Coordinate supply chain activities related to product launches, changes and delistings.
• Maintain customer master data and pricing in SAP; identify data quality improvements.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports and help achieve targets.

The (Junior) Supply chain Coordinator ensure a high and reliable service level across the Nordc & Baltic countries by balancing customer satisfaction, cost efficiency and effective Supply Chain processes. The role also c ontributes to continuous improvement and long-term business performance through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the day-to-day customer order process, including order entry, invoicing and EDI monitoring, and ensure timely resolution of operational issues in close coordination with customers, warehouses and relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Sales and provide relevant Supply Chain input to customer meetings.
• Contribute supply chain perspectives to regular Sales & Operations Planning meetings and constructively challenge assumptions when required.
• Coordinate supply chain activities related to product launches, changes, and delistings.
• Maintain accurate customer master data and pricing information in SAP and identify opportunities to continuously improve master data quality.
• Monitor relevant KPIs, prepare performance reports, and contribute to achieving agreed performance targets.
• Create and update working instructions, process descriptions, and standard operating procedures etc.
• Review and approve invoices from logistics partners and suppliers in accordance with internal processes.
• Ensure product traceability and support the logistical aspects of crisis and incident management.
• Support overall team performance by ensuring flexibility and continuity across responsibilities within the Customer Operations team.
• Participate in supply chain initiatives and projects.

WHAT YOU BRING

• A relevant education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, or a comparable field.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, customer operations, customer service or similar areas.
• Strong commercial understanding and an interest in balancing customer service, costs, and process efficiency.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with filters, lookups, pivot tables, and basic data analysis.
• Digital curiosity and openness to new technologies and ways of working.
• Collaborative mindset and strong team orientation.
• Experience with SAP SD, EDI processes, or another ERP system is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, additional Nordic language skills are considered an advantage.

LOCATION

• Office based role in Copenhagen/ Denmark
• Hybrid working wodel with up to 2 days working from home per week
