Job summary

Dr. Oetker in Copenhagen is seeking a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure a high and reliable service level across Nordics & Baltic countries, balancing customer satisfaction, costs and efficient processes.

You will manage day-to-day order processing, liaise with customers and warehouses, support Sales meetings, contribute to S&OP, maintain master data in SAP, monitor KPIs, and help drive continuous improvement in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in SCM, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer operations.
• Strong commercial sense balancing service and cost.
• Experience with SAP/EDI is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; Nordic languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day order processing, invoicing, and EDI monitoring.
• Collaborate with Sales and provide SC input for customer meetings.
• Contribute to S&OP meetings and challenge assumptions.
• Coordinate supply chain activities for launches and delistings.
• Maintain customer master data and pricing in SAP.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Create and update SOPs and process descriptions.
• Review invoices from logistics partners.
• Ensure product traceability and support crisis management.
• Support team performance with role flexibility.
• Participate in supply chain initiatives and projects.
