Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Denmark seeks a Statistician in CMC Drug Product & Process Development to support statistical analyses across product, process and analytical development while learning from experienced colleagues.

You will gradually take on increasing responsibility with coaching from senior statisticians and your manager, while developing technical expertise in pharmaceutical development and statistics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or another quantitative discipline with a strong statistical foundation.
• Recently graduated or have a short period of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and a genuine curiosity about understanding scientific problems.
• The confidence to ask questions, seek feedback and continuously learn from experienced colleagues.
• Good communication skills and an interest in collaborating with people from different scientific disciplines.
• A structured and detail-oriented approach to your work.

Responsibilities

• Supporting statistical analyses for product, process and analytical method development together with experienced colleagues.
• Working closely with scientists to understand experimental data and contribute to statistical solutions.
• Applying statistical methods such as Design of Experiments, exploratory statistics and statistical modelling under guidance from senior statisticians.
• Preparing statistical reports and documentation while continuously improving through peer review and feedback.
• Communicating statistical results clearly to colleagues from different scientific backgrounds.
• Learning Novo Nordisk's statistical approaches, tools and ways of working while progressively becoming more independent.
