Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or another quantitative discipline
• Short or no professional experience acceptable; recently graduated suitable
• Strong analytical thinking and curiosity about scientific problems
• Good communication and collaboration across disciplines
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback from senior colleagues
• Experience with SAS, R, Python and GIT is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Support statistical analyses for product, process and analytical method development
• Work with scientists to understand experimental data and contribute to statistical solutions
• Apply Design of Experiments, exploratory statistics and modelling under guidance
• Prepare statistical reports and documentation with peer review
• Communicate results clearly to colleagues from different backgrounds
• Learn Novo Nordisk's statistical approaches and tools while gaining independence
