Famly is hiring a Junior Sales Development Representative to open doors for the team. You’ll be the first contact for childcare settings, sparking conversations and booking meetings for our Account Executives.
This is a brilliant first step into tech sales where you’ll learn, experiment with your voice, and develop a resilient, creative outbound approach. English communication is essential; CRM tools and AI aids are part of the toolkit.
We are looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative to open doors for Famly. Doing heaps of stuff but mainly picking up the phone, standing out in crowded inboxes, and starting the conversations.
You’ll be the first point of contact for childcare settings. Your job is to spark genuine conversations with nursery owners and managers. The main way of working is through cold calls, thoughtful emails, and whatever creative ideas you dream up. Your main job is to book meetings for our Account Executives.
You won’t be reading from a tired script; we’ll help you find your own voice, because that’s what actually works.
This is a brilliant first step into tech sales. You don’t need a sales background, you need the appetite to learn, the resilience to hear no 1000 times and dial again.
We’re on a mission to stop admin work from stealing the joy of working with young children. We do that with our platform, the world’s first proactive assistant for educators and staff that handles admin for them so they can get back to what they love, bringing joy and meaning that got them into working with children in the first place.
Famly prides itself on a few principles; we choose simplicity, we believe friendliness is a superpower, we set the pace, and we want everyone to be surrounded by talent.
It all adds up to a culture that refuses to make employees choose between a place that is ambitious and sets the pace for what good looks like — and one that is a nice place to work. We think you can be ambitious and kind, and when you get to meet our team, we hope you’ll agree.
What we expect of you is that you make others shine, that you believe in being better than yesterday, and you are not afraid to just ‘get it done’. Finally, we want you to value ‘sitting in the tiny chair’ — which means you look at your work through the impact it has on our customers: the people sitting in tiny chairs in childcare settings all over the world.
Famly is committed to creating a more diverse, equal, and inclusive workforce, building teams that represent a variety of backgrounds, perspectives and experiences. It is a fundamental policy at Famly not to discriminate on any basis or characteristics and celebrate diversity. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to apply.
