Qualifications

• Strong skills in standardising and improving Finance processes through consolidation and digitization.
• Proven experience as Project Manager or management consultant within finance.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance processes, structures and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic projects.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives within Group Corporate Finance.
• Ensure Enterprise Design and scalability with solid accounting, financial and digital foundations.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery from idea to implementation within our framework.
• Drive special projects and ad hoc activities.
• Support leadership with time-critical initiatives.
• Structure unclear problems into actionable plans and execution.
• Engage and challenge senior stakeholders across Group functions.
• Governance and execution with clear milestones and follow-ups.
• Ensure transparency, progress tracking, and results delivery.
