Job summary

Understory in Aarhus is growing its Marketing Operations team and seeking an entry-level Marketing Associate. You will help deliver marketing products to customers, using templates, SOPs, and AI tools.

You will learn the workflows and help drive campaigns from brief to live with quality and reliability. You will receive training on our tools and processes, work with a collaborative team, and contribute to ongoing improvements as you scale in your first year.

Qualifications

• Fresh out of university or just starting your career
• Excellent structure and ability to learn quickly
• Strong command of English in professional settings
• No prior marketing experience required, but curiosity helps

Responsibilities

• Create and quality-check ad assets using templates, AI tools and standards
• Pick up customer requests from shared queue and drive to launch
• Schedule campaigns to go live on agreed dates with quick revisions
• Support weekly performance reviews for customers using standard methods
• Collaborate closely with team and Customer Success
• Flag blockers and suggest improvements to speed up delivery
